Requirements :
- Construction / Heavy Equipment / Farm Equipment background in Parts Management
- Solid knowledge of agricultural machinery and Heavy equipment
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office
- Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility for extended hours
