Nurse
TMS Technician and Nurse Care Provider Job Description :
This unique role is designed to assist Cerebral Spa's
patients who go through a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation program along with
being able to treat your own patients for depression, anxiety or PTSD. Any
licensed care provider can administer care for our state-of-the-art Deep TMS
unit manufactured by BrainsWay expanding your practice.
Our mission is to be the largest healing center in
the Midwest combining Deep TMS technology in a beautiful and thoughtful
holistic outpatient setting with ten rooms, featuring a yoga studio, mediations
rooms with TV and recliner along with an integrative thought mastery program
for all ages.
We aim to increase awareness of Deep TMS, obtain new
patients using a simple streamlined approval process that all insurance
providers have become very relaxed on last several years post pandemic.
We are in a mental health epidemic and insurance
providers are seeing that Deep TMS is highly effective and it is economic for
them to cover treatment vs expensive alternatives. We need this community
to usher in a new era of mental health under one roof as we have the space to
expand and scale Cerebral Spa.
Responsibilities :
Earn commissions
and / or treat your own patients with our preferred provider program. Any
licensed care provider can register Cerebral Spa as a place of practice and
administer TMS by BrainsWay.
Use our automated
calendar and booking system to manage patient flow.
Check new patient
eligibility for TMS determining insurance coverage rationale
Assist with client
intake and assessments, including obtaining client history in effort to assist
our MD with their Evaluation towards a Depression Diagnosis and treatment
approval.
Support clients
before, during and post therapy sessions, such as monitoring the client's
well-being and providing comfort and emotional support as needed. Guiding
patients to the Yoga Studio, Mediation Room along with managing
equipment 1 and materials.
Help manage physician
and patient schedules and appointments, including rescheduling and
cancellations as necessary.
Helping to manage and
update all clinical notes in the EHR system.
Ensure compliance with
all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Helping to maintain
compliance with state outpatient treatment licenses and renewals.
Manage client records
and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness and following HIPAA
regulations.
Assist with
administrative tasks, such as answering phones, answering emails, responding to
text messages, and managing office supplies and inventory.
Participate in staff
meetings and training to maintain knowledge of clinic policies and procedures
and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Assist with community
outreach and determine new avenues for partnerships and awareness.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or
equivalent required; licensed in the state of Kansas as a care provider
preferred.
Previous experience in
a mental or behavioral health setting is preferred but not required.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational
skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with
electronic health records and other office software applications.
