Our Allstate Agency is looking for a career minded individual to join our successful sales team. As a sales representative, you'll be responsible for growing our Auto, Life, and Home insurance business.

Our agency invests heavily in marketing so client leads are always available. We are a fast paced environment and we operate 2 Allstate Agencies in the Kentucky area.

We are in need a goal orientated and hard working individual to help us continue to grow exponentially.

Ideal candidate will possess a Property / Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain one and have a great personality.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.

Requirement

Must HAVE a Property and Casualty insurance license

• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Be a fantastic presenter.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
