About The Team
Introducing the Career Canvas Team, Amazon's newest venture within the People Experience and Technology (PXT) group, formed at the start of 2024.
With leadership in place since January and the core team quickly following in February, we've embarked on an ambitious journey to revolutionize employee development, clarity in roles, and career progression at Amazon.
Our Mission
The Career Canvas Team champions the essential frameworks of Warm Hand Off (WHO), Role Guidelines, and the pioneering Career Growth project.
Our goal is to create clear, accessible pathways for career development, ensuring every Amazonian has the tools and understanding needed to navigate their growth within the company.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in agile software development methodology.
Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node.
