Regional Vice President of Sales
Vice President of Sales position open in the Western US for a top 10, global medical device manufacturer. This person will define and lead the development of strategic plans to drive revenue in the Western US from Hawaii to Nebraska.
You will be responsible for the successful execution of sales plans and strategic growth, managing 5 Regional Sales Managers and their sales teams.
This person will also be responsible for providing hands on leadership in the field and helping develop strategic KOL's within various regions.
Compensation for this position is a $130k base salary, with an additional $250k in variable compensation for a total of $380k at plan.
Variable compensation us uncapped and does include a first 6 month guarantee at 100% to plan.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree
10+ yrs of experience in medical device sales in the cardiology or cardiovascular space
5+ years of medical device leadership experience
Ability and willingness to travel 60%
