Position Overview :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Healthcare Manager to serve as the primary bridge between our patients and physicians.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for patients, helping them manage chronic conditions and coordinating their care journey.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong medical background, ideally as an International Medical Graduate or with a related healthcare degree.

Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, assisting with their healthcare needs and managing chronic conditions.
• Act as a liaison between patients and physicians, ensuring clear communication and seamless care coordination.
• Educate patients about treatment plans, medication adherence, and preventive health practices.
• Monitor patient progress, address health concerns, and escalate issues to the physician as necessary.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and patient-friendly experience.
• Maintain patient records, coordinate appointments, and manage clinic schedules.
• Develop and implement procedures to enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with healthcare best practices and assist in implementing quality improvement measures.

Qualifications :

• Medical background preferred, such as an International Medical Graduate (IMG) or degree in healthcare-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient management or healthcare coordination.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize with patients and respond to their needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced clinic environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
