- Medical Laboratory Scientist or equivalent Allied Health degree preferred.
- Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent to include MT, MLS, CLS, PA preferred. Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years leadership experience required, demonstrating initiative, motivation, and results. Hours and compensation potential :
- Position is full time.
- Range starts at $81K-$110K based on experience.

- The Laboratory Director provides strategic leadership and directs employees in all sections of the laboratory in the performance of tests for the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
- Integrates Clinical Laboratory services with the primary functions of facility.
- Demonstrates complete understanding of the role that the clinical laboratory serves in the provision of quality healthcare.
- Maintains operational and fiscal responsibility of the department.
- Assures regulatory compliance with state and federal regulating bodies.
- Responsible for development and implementation of departmental policies.
- Allocates and manages the human resources of the department. Additional info :
