Location : Sugar Land, TX

Pay : $42 hour (DOE)

Schedule : 6 : 45 AM - 7 : 15 PM, Monday-Friday

About the Opportunity :

Dean's Professional Services is seeking experienced OR Technicians to join a skilled surgical team in Sugar Land. This is an excellent opportunity for perioperative professionals who are passionate about patient care, advanced surgical procedures, and working in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide proficient perioperative patient care using surgical equipment and instrumentation.

Function as a scrub assistant to the physician during operative and / or invasive procedures.

Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse and follow the Surgical Technologist Skills Inventory.

Act as a role model and resource for other staff.

Assist with procedures across multiple specialties, including ENT, General Surgery, GYN, Ortho, Robotic, Vascular, Total Joint Replacements, and Urology.

Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of OR Technician experience required.

Experience with Mako Robotics, Robotic Surgery, and Total Joint Replacements preferred.

Knowledge of perioperative protocols and sterile techniques.

Ability to work long shifts and adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment.
