Duties : Primary Care to employer based direct care clinic. Provide direct medical care (PC, acute sick visits, wellness exams, and chronic care management) Light schedule and patient load.
Work with a collaborative clinical team, EPIC, onsite lab. We do not double book, do not accept walk-ins, no Holidays, and no on call responsibilities
