Shift : MondayFriday days with weekend rotation and on call as needed

Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented and compassionate Home Health RN for a travel role in Gastonia, NC. This position requires expertise in OASIS documentation, strong Homecare Homebase skills, and the ability to manage a varied caseload while maintaining excellent standards of care.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

Conduct and document OASIS assessments per guidelines

Utilize Homecare Homebase for charting and case management

Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care

Provide health education and support to patients and their caregivers

Qualifications :

Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience

At least 1 year of home health nursing experience

OASIS and Homecare Homebase proficiency required

Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
