SLP Needed ASAPBLS, CO License or Compact License requiredEMR : EPICHOUSING : housing leads uploaded into our Medefis account under 'facility group documents'JOB DESCRIPTION : SLP working primarily with outpatient pediatrics, outpatient adults and some subacute inpatient coverage as needed & modified barium swallow studies.

We are a 25 bed, multi-specialty medical clinic and rehabilitation center located in beautiful, rural Craig, CO (just 45 miles west of Steamboat Springs, CO Ski Resort).
