MAG Industries is a rapidly growing wholesale business founded in the summer of 2020. Serving thousands of smoke shops, head shops, and convenience stores nationwide, we operate from our warehouse in Tyrone, PA.

As a family-run enterprise, we prioritize exceptional customer service and aim to foster long-term relationships with our clients.

We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Support Representative that will sell and provide guidance about products needed by MAG Industries chain accounts in the Indianapolis, IN area. to join our team.

Location :

Indianapolis, IN (or nearby)

Pay :

• $18.00 per hour
• Weekly, Friday pay

Hours :

• Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
• Must have some availability to work overtime as needed

Report to :

National Account Manager

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Develops and maintains relationships with existing chain account clients.
• Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients.
• Traveling to chain account stores to place MAG Industries product signage.
• Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large.
• Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other price specifications to clients.
• Make routine in-person visits to chain account stores in region.
• Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
• Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to learn and retain product information.
• Must be able to bend, twist and lift up to 40lbs.
• Must be okay with getting on the ground when necessary to check inventory or build displays.
• Bonus : Bilingual is a plus but not required

Education and Experience :

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales and / or merchandising.

Note : This position is considered a remote position but you must reside in the Indianapolis, IN area. We will do 2 rounds of interviews via the TEAMS app.

You will also be required to travel to our home office located in Tyrone, PA for at least ONE WEEK of training*
