Summary :

This brand new role will build a nationwide network of commercial brokers / real estate agents that can support the expansion of KNA's center network in the U.

S. through the identification of available retail sites that can facilitate the faster opening of business units with minimal delays.

This role requires the candidate to have knowledge of the LA area.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree
• Road Warrior : Ability to travel extensively locally / regionally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and achieve results
• Proficiency with Word and Excel software programs
• 4 years of experience preferred

This role is salary only, this is not commission based. We are looking for a person who is looking for a stable role.

Responsibilities :

• Conducts market research to identify potential opportunities and establishes relationships (partnerships) with local brokers that supports the identification of retail location across US operations
• Facilitates due diligence activities as needed to help candidates secure locations in a timely manner
• Create guidelines or standard operating procedures for working with brokers
• Leverages market research to find new opportunities for expansion and growth
• Collaborate with branch offices to understand needs and develop a plan of action for site selection
