Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Family Practice to join our team in Vancouver, WA.

Position : Locum NP - Family Practice
Location : Vancouver, Washington
Responsibilities :
Provide primary healthcare services to patients across the lifespan, including infants, children, adults, and seniors.
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and manage preventive care.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform minor procedures as needed.
Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, assessments, and treatment plans.
Qualifications :
Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification with specialization in Family Practice.
Active Washington state Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Family Practice preferred.
Proficiency in clinical skills including physical assessments, diagnostic reasoning, and therapeutic interventions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
