Support Students as a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist!

Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and assess a range of communication disorders, creating IEPs tailored to individual student needs.
- Provide direct therapy services, track outcomes, and update treatment plans to achieve student goals.
- Partner with educators, parents, and school staff to implement effective communication strategies.
- Conduct screenings, maintain comprehensive records, and participate in team discussions.
- Support students by advocating for their needs, providing staff training, and engaging in professional growth activities.
Qualifications :
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Current Delaware Teaching Certification optional
- Delaware SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast / reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks / tablets permitted
