What you will do as a Senior HRIS Analyst :
The Senior HRIS Analyst, is responsible for serving as the liaison between business and technical resources and departments to manage the development of Workday functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.
- Serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
- Configure new Workday functionality and enhancements utilizing a global mindset and understanding of country / regional requirements
- Guide the business stakeholders through Workday Release functionality and review to determine features to adopt
- Support UAT activities related to changes, enhancements, and new functionality
- Utilize Business and Workday knowledge to collaborate with HR team members and other business stakeholders to identify system improvement opportunities to positively impact the business and the employee experience
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine impacts and appropriate action plans for issues / breaks, with an eye to cross-functional touchpoints
- Develops and supports ad-hoc and scheduled reports
- Leads continuous improvement of HR system functionality and processes, providing innovative suggestions and solutions
- Support the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) by monitoring and configuring security roles, business process security policies and domain security policies for functional areas
- Provides end-user support, including researching and resolving HR system related issues
What we are looking for :
- 5+ years of HR system administration, including configuration experience with Workday HCM and related modules.
- Strong analytical approach in developing appropriate solutions.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to demonstrate functional knowledge of key HR business processes (recruiting, compensation, and support operations).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and be a team player.
- Demonstrated ability to partner and build strong collaborative relationships with internal business partners and external vendors.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to consult with all levels of the organization on areas of expertise.
- Experience administering Workday security (User-based and Role based security groups)
- Experience with Calculated Fields, Burt reporting or Integrations (Workday connectors / API) a plus
- Comfortable working remotely & independently
