Job Summary

This position is under the direction and supervision of a licensed, registered dietitian nutritionist.The Registered Dietitian is responsible for providing nutrition care and education to patients and / or caregiver(s). Evaluates patients' nutritional status, develop and implement care plans, assess nutrient requirements, recommends nutrition prescriptions, evaluates patient tolerance and effectiveness, as well as communicates information to physicians and other health care professionals.
