Title : Technical Project Manager (ERP & Administrative Systems)

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Technical Project Manager (ERP & Administrative Systems). The Technical Project Manager will manage the re-implementation of the ERP ecosystem, specifically in the HR domain, overseeing the design, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
This role requires extensive administrative systems experience, strong leadership, and project management skills to ensure the project meets agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.
The project will serve over 30,000 end users, making it a highly impactful role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation phases of the ERP project.
- Document and escalate project risks and issues for mitigation.
- Develop and coordinate detailed project plans, establish milestones and timelines, enforce project deadlines and schedules, and monitor budget and resource requirements.
- Apply current IT Project Management Office standards and procedures to ERP projects.
- Liaise, communicate and build partnerships within the IT and broader community to plan and execute ERP projects.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize complex data and information for reports, presentations, and other formats to communicate project details, status, results, and lessons learned.
- Ensure the project meets agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures, catering to over 30,000 end users.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Understanding of complex business processes and technical environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively to achieve significant results.
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience / training.
- 5+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects in an enterprise environment, specifically within the HR function of Oracle ERP.
- Professional Project Management (PMP) certification or 8+ years of relevant project management experience.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
- Indusrty experience in Higher Education, Medical, Medical Academic institutions, or something similar
