Procedures : n / a. Staff providers run stress tests, obtaining privilege optional
Credentialing : 90 days
Minimum Requirements for Consideration
Board Certified / Board Eligible : Board Certification
Certifications : ACLS, BLS, DEA
Licensure : Active Washington, will consider IMLC
