OVERVIEW :
Skillsoft is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Manager of FP&A Processes Corporate Functions HR Headcount to join our Finance team.
This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial planning and analysis processes related to HR headcount and corporate functions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial modeling, and experience in HR-related financial processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop, manage, and enhance financial models and forecasts for HR headcount and corporate functions.
- Collaborate with HR and corporate function leaders to gather relevant data and insights for accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis to support decision-making processes, including headcount planning, compensation analysis, and other HR-related financial activities.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key metrics and variances.
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the impact of different business strategies on HR headcount and corporate functions.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and best practices for HR and corporate functions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial planning and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably with a focus on HR and corporate functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience managing direct reports.
Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be $117,000 to $146,250 annualized.
We also offer participation in the Company Bonus Program and full benefits. The company may modify salaries, salary ranges and / or Pay Plans from time to time as it deems necessary.
