Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician
Full House Marketing is hiring Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to service the Raleigh-Durham, & surrounding areas.
We seek experienced technicians to repair and maintain residential buildings.
Duties include :
- Inspect, diagnose and minor HVAC repairs
- Minor drywall repairs and painting
- Troubleshoot and repair dishwashers, garbage disposals and other plumbing fixtures
- Some electrical work (light fixtures and more)
- Pool maintenance
- Prepare homes for new residents
Can Do" attitude and excellent customer service
Qualified maintenance technicians will have :
- CFC or equal certifications required
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, and general carpentry skills a plus
- Minimum one year of previous experience in Apartment / Single Family Residential Maintenance
- Reliable transportation
- Smart Phone
- Basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation is based upon skill level and qualifications. Some benefits are only available for direct hire jobs.
