A FQHC is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.

The position requires credentialing within 90 days and has a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. It is open to MDs only, with a 1 : 6 on-call rotation (phone call only).
The average patient load is 18 per day, with adults as the patient demographic. Required certifications include Board Certification (BC), DEA, and an Alabama license.
The flu vaccine is required, and the facility has 1 physician and 4 NPs as support staff. The EMR system used is ECW.
