Job Description
Overall Purpose : Responsible for suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion or other change of status for subordinate staff.
Oversees AT&T Bankruptcy operations including project development and execution. Supervisory responsibility for a staff of project or program managers and Bankruptcy operations which is supported by a vendor.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Oversees the work product of direct reports responsible for various projects or programs of a highly complex nature and may meet short or long-term needs of the business.
Ensures direct report team is meeting the expectations of the business by reviewing project / program deliverables.
Responsible for assembling account and project / program teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed for program development and project life cycle management / project phases, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project / program and meeting deadlines of project.
Project management responsibilities may require execution of life cycle account management deliverables at the operations level.
Must be familiar with the scope and objectives of the project / program, as well as the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
Performs coaching, development, performance management functions for subordinate staff.
Education : Bachelor Degree or related experience preferred
Experience : At least 5 years related experience preferred including operations experience. PMP Certification preferred.

Ready to work 3-5 days in the office per week.
Our Associate Director earns between $130,700 - $196,100 USD. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
