Compensation : $25.00 per hour
Worksite Location : Remote. Texas preferred; Dallas, Houston, or Austin preferred
What you’ll do as the Sourcing Specialist :
- Source talented and diverse candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Circa, and other job boards
- Source resumes and candidates using Boolean search strings
- Support and track candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct phone screens
- Utilize the available tools and resources to deliver results
- Connect with candidates via email, text, and call
What you’ll bring to the Sourcing Specialist role :
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting
- Proficient in Boolean (AIRS or other certification is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
