A company is looking for an RN Compliance & Charge Capture Auditor.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts daily audits of Inpatient, Observation, ED, and Outpatient Infusion accounts
Tracks and analyzes charge anomalies, reporting findings to clinical department directors
Provides training and support to clinical staff regarding documentation and charge accuracy
Required Qualifications
Licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in Illinois
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience in auditing and compliance within healthcare settings
Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and regulatory requirements
Ability to manage complex projects and analyze issues effectively
