The Durable Slate Company is currently looking to add a Project Manager to our team!
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- Must have at least a 2 year degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or equivalent field experience or prior experience in construction management administration or architectural training.
- Must be familiar with submittals, the submittal process, shop drawings, product data, RFI's, change orders, pay apps, and other construction administration.
- Must be able to read and understand spec books
- Must be willing to travel.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- We are a state certified drug free company. You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and also random drug screening.
- Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or less points for insurance purposes
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to pass Federal, NSA and Department of Defense background checks for military and / or government projects.
- Be willing to learn!
