The Springs at The Waterfront is situated along the southern facing Vancouver riverfront and will provide approximately 250 private residences for those 62 and older. This state-of-the-art, 12-story senior living community will offer a variety of floor plans that feature stunning views. Interior spaces are warm and inviting, featuring high-end amenities and services suitable to an urban setting, including secure underground parking. This brand-new community is nothing like you have ever seen, but it is our commitment to compassionate quality care for more than 27 years that is truly distinctive.
Job Description :
The Springs at The Waterfront is building a team of talented individuals to provide 5-star service. Come be a part of our team of classically trained hospitality professionals. Enjoy a great a work-life balance with no late nights and a consistent schedule. And yes, we do provide parking! We offer residents and guests multiple dining venues in an up-scale environment, with award-winning cuisine, and stunning views. If you have fine-dining, barista or bartending experience, and a passion for hospitality, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities include :
- 5-star table service
- Light bartending preferred
- Room Service
- Attention to detail and sanitation
- Beer, wine, cocktail, and food menu knowledge
- Empathize and understand our residents have specific needs

Hourly Wage :
The Springs Living provides a competitive compensation package for the Dining Room Server position, with an hourly wage of $18.50-$24 depending on experience. (This is a non-tipping environment.)
