Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative

Salary : $20.50 per hour / $41,300 annually

• Additional 10% bilingual differential for applicable skillsets
• 10% evening differential for applicable shifts

We’re looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for our Houston, TX office. This role is for people who want to provide our policyholders the excellent customer service they want and need.

You’ll be the first contact for our customers : answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• In office position - must live within commuting distance to 21420 Merchants Way, Katy, TX 77449
• Outstanding customer service skills and / or experience
• Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
