About the role
We are looking for mission-driven team members who want to impact the lives of families and providers. Reporting to the CEO, you will have an opportunity to have a significant impact on decisions and strategy in this lead Product role on a small, but growing team.
You will play a critical role in building the platform to enable mental health care from promotion to early intervention through treatment.
As the Lead Product Manager at Little Otter, you will be responsible for the strategy and development of Little Otter products.
We're searching for an experienced product manager excited to impact the lives of families and clinicians. You will work cross-functionally to ensure we prioritize and build the right things for our customers and team members.
Our new Lead Product Manager has a proven ability to execute product development from conception through release. You have experience guiding cross-functional teams to release products that improve consumer experience and grow market share.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, and clinical teams to define product requirements and product strategy
- Own the development of product requirement documents and the product roadmap.
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
- Incorporate feedback and input from customers and internal teams to develop product strategy and product direction
- Stay on top of competitors and market trends, incorporating learnings into product strategy and roadmap
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
- Make build vs. buy decisions
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
- Work with marketing on product positioning and messaging that differentiates Little Otter and its features to our customers.
About you :
- 5 years of experience in a product management role
- Metric and goal oriented. You have an ability to see the forest from the trees but dive deep into details when necessary.
You always jump in to get something done. You understand how to prioritize in an environment where there may be competing requests.
- Excellent translator - you can take information and data from different sources (users, leadership, clinicians, engineers) and make it interpretable for your audience
- Demonstrated success defining and launching successful products in the consumer space and / or healthtech space
- Strong user interview experience, you develop relationships with customers and team members to deeply understand their needs
- Excited by white-space, you're always seeing opportunities to solve problems
- Experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Comfortable talking to engineers and understanding technical specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams to achieve goals
Salary : 150k-170k plus equity
