Job Title : Land Development Manager

Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Manager to oversee all aspects of land development for residential homebuilding projects.
The ideal candidate will manage the process from site identification and due diligence to construction-ready land development.
They will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of residential communities, from land acquisition through project completion.
- Oversee due diligence, permitting, and regulatory processes.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and planning teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in land development, preferably in homebuilding.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and permitting processes.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
