Shuka is an Eastern Mediterranean restaurant located in the heart of Soho. We focus on responsibly and locally sourced ingredients with a nod to seasonality.

Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja brings an exciting and dynamic take on some of her favorite dishes inspired by her extensive travels.

We serve lunch, dinner and brunch.

We are looking for an experienced Server / Bartender Hybrid that likes fast paced environments along with great energy!

We seek responsible, kind, hardworking individuals, with a positive and professional attitude and work-ethic. Our ideal candidates will bring genuine passion for service, hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast paced, high energy work environment.

Processes guests’ orders to ensure all items are adequately prepared on a timely basis.

Communicates with managers, host / hostess, bus persons, kitchen staff, bartender and coordinates the entire station to ensure guest satisfaction with food, beverage, service, and hospitality

Interacts with every guest in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner

Attends all mandatory pre-shift meetings

Completes all opening, closing, and side work tasks thoroughly and promptly

Accurately accounts for all sales, discounts, promotions, and tip reporting in the POS system according to company cash handling procedures

Exhibits positive, approachable body language

Commits to regular, reliable attendance and all scheduled training sessions and meetings are required.

This position requires daytime hours, evening hours and weekends with FULL and PART TIME AVAILABILITY.
