Reception
Job Description
Responsible for greeting and providing customer service to employees / visitors / guests / customers in a professional and hospitable manner.
This will entail utilizing our internal guest management system to check in and out guests.
Will need to fill in at any of our building lobbies during vacations, call-offs, breaks, and lunches. Individual will need to have excellent time management skills, be punctual, and be flexible in order to jump in and help out wherever is needed.
Answering and directing callers to appropriate department or individual.
Other administrative duties will include laminating, data entry, and tracking and managing inventory.
