Searching for an Auto Parts Assistant Store Manager . Candidates should possess the ability to deliver a high level of customer service, support profitable revenue expansion and strengthen customer relationships, and effectively support the Store Manager in coaching and leading a productive team and operation.
Auto Parts Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities :
- Supports a TEAM work environment, builds trusted relationships with customers, exercises a continual industry-leading customer experience, and meets or exceeds all financial and performance-based metrics
- Maintains a consistent flow of communication with the Store Manager and works in harmony with all other functional support groups
- Ensures a safe work environment for all employees
- Properly manages store activities to ensure superior operational efficiency and performance
- Engages team members and business activities in a way that produces profitable market share expansion
- Brings quick and effective resolution to business issues, as well as business growth opportunities
Auto Parts Assistant Store Manager Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent5+ years of either successful automotive aftermarket, truck aftermarket, or dealership parts store experienceASE Certification and experience in heavy-duty and service is a plusPractices open and clear communication thrives in a fast-paced business environment and enjoys developing and mentoring highly efficient team membersWillingness to increase customer account base and develop relationships with key decision-makersAbility to balance customer and business needs while protecting the best interests of the companyAuto Parts Assistant Store Manager Benefits :
