Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lab Technologist to join our team in the Microbiology Lab!
Position Details :
- Shift : 9 AM 5 : 30 PM (Day Shift), with alternate weekends
- Location : Bronx, NY
- Sign-On Bonus : $5,000
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine / emergency tests using lab instrumentation
- Monitor specimen workflow, review test data prior to release
- Report abnormal values, maintain quality control data
- Keep detailed records, assist with reagent prep and inventory
- Provide leadership for technicians, train new employees
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in a physical science (Medical Technology preferred)
- New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License or limited permit
- Experience with lab and hospital information systems and various automated equipment
Benefits
Salary : $88,000-$110,000 DOE
