Licensed Practical Nurse

Brooklyn Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) for Evenings (3 : 00pm11 : 00pm) and Weekends PartTime in Brooklyn NY.

Base rate is $30.13 with anadditional 10% shift differential for evenings andnights .

DUTIES :

• Collecting required information from new Residents to beadmitted.
• Recording health details ofResidents; including vitals & temperature.
• Administering medications and injections to Residents asneeded.
• Treating and dressing wounds andbedsores as needed.
• May be required tosupervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personalhygiene.
• Monitors Residents food and liquidintake and output.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid LPN State license.
• Must bein good standing with State Registry.
