Recent storms have left many homeowners in the greater Philadelphia area with damaged roofs. We are hiring additional inspectors to meet this need.

Roofing-specific experience is not necessary we train you.

Basic Requirements :

  • Reliable transportation.
  • Outgoing and self-motivated.
  • Willing to climb a ladder onto a roof to inspect it.
  • Willing to knock on a door to assist a homeowner with a storm damage claim.

You are not installing roofs. The production department handles the installation.

Responsibilities

Represent Best Choice Roofing professionally by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert in our industry.

Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.

Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills.

Perform roof inspections (drones can be used if a roof is too steep).

Assist homeowners filing insurance claims for property damage due to storm damage / catastrophic events.

Work with insurance adjusters, write estimates, scope properties, and properly contract jobs.

All sales positions’ daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from qualifying customers to closing contracts.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills.

Positive, engaging, and passionate about what you do.

Outgoing personality with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined, and driven.

Must have reliable transportation.

Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Must have a smart-phone capable of taking pictures / video during home inspections.

Must be able to pass a background check
