Job Description
Duties :
- Check in / out patients.
- Collect copayment and deductible
- Answer and schedule telephone appointment requests
- Verify and update patient information (Telephone, DOB, PCP, Insurance information)
- Retrieve main office voice mails
- Responsible for online booking appointment requests
- Fax and process prescription prior authorization to insurances per provider’s instructions
- Scan and mail correspondence and letters to providers
- Complete daily Carecloud task
Qualifications

Additional Information
Job Type :Monday- Thursday 8 : 30 am-5 : 00 pm) (Friday 8 : 30am-1 : 00pm)
Pay :
Starts at $22 hourly and goes up based on experience
Experience :
- Minimum : 1 plus years of work experience in a medical setting
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record EHR
Education :
High School Diploma is required
Certifications / Licenses :
Medical Administrative Assistant Certificate / Diploma preferred
