JOB DESCRIPTION :
This is a remote contract role for an Entry Level Manager. The Entry Level Manager will be responsible for providing support to agents in the field, monitoring sales activity, and helping develop strategies for agent success.
The manager will also need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to carry out daily communication with team members.
Sit with families and individuals (virtually or in person) and explain their benefits package to them, obtain referrals and continue to build your skill set and team.
CAREER ADVANCEMENT :
Advancement is available for those who are looking to rapidly excel in the program, however, everyone starts off as entry-level.
Advance stages will be outlined and are dependent on results, there is no seniority, experience, or education. We do only look to promote from within.
Promotions can occur within the first 60 days of hire.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Leadership, Mentoring, and Coaching abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop successful strategies.
Strong organization and time-management skills for managing multiple tasks.
Experience with sales metrics, performance tracking, and developing action plans.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Prior experience in sales or insurance industry is a plus.
