This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact. You'll be representing clients across the spectrum of first-party property insurance claims, tackling issues like coverage disputes, denials, and bad faith.

Here's what a typical day might look like :

• Diving deep into complex insurance policies, conducting meticulous case reviews, and crafting ironclad arguments.
• Managing a diverse caseload, ensuring everything is meticulously organized, and drafting persuasive legal documents.
• Putting your negotiation skills to the test, securing the best possible outcomes for your clients.
• Representing them confidently in court, hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborating closely with a supportive and talented team of legal professionals.

To be a great fit, you'll ideally have :

• A JD degree from an accredited law school.
• An active law license and bar admission in California.
• At least 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on first-party property insurance a plus.
• Top-notch research, analytical, and writing skills to develop winning legal strategies.
• The ability to negotiate like a pro and advocate fiercely for your clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with everyone you work with.
