Qualifications :
- Required : Master Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Required : Active RBT Certification.
- Required : Reliable transportation.
- Preferred : Active BCaBA Certification.
- Preferred : Minimum of 75% of BACB Supervision requirements completed.
- Completion of all education requirements to obtain BACB Certification.

Essential Job Requirements :
- Assisting with indirect supervision tasks for a caseload of learners.
- Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
- Support BCBA and provide staff and caregiver training.
- Assist BCBA with parent emails and analyze client data.
- Research literature related to client programs.
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
