Customer Success Representative (Remote)
Staffmark is currently hiring a Customer Success Representative in Fort Mill, SC, to work for the leading online retail and manufacturing platform for photography and personalized products.
Pay : $17.50 / hour
Shift : Monday - Friday, 10 : 00 am-8 : 00 pm, and during peak season Saturday and Sunday, 11 : 00 am-7 : 00 pm
Responsibilities :
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving order issues and driving process improvements
- Recommending site and policy improvements based on customer feedback
Requirements :
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficiency in web browsers and Photoshop is a plus
