We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Personal Assistant. As the personal assistant, you will provide administrative support to our busy executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
