$16.50 / hour
Job Summary :
Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in need, such as seniors, people with disabilities, or those recovering from injury or illness.
Assist with daily living activities, personal care and medication management.
Create a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for client
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) like assist with bathing dressing, grooming and going to the bathroom
Help with mobility, transfers and exercises
Manage medications, appointments and medical needs.
Provide meal preparation, feeding if needed and hydration
Monitor changes in health and behavior and respond to emergencies
Assist with light housekeeping, laundry and running errands
Offer emotional support, companionship and social interaction
Maintain confidentiality, respect and dignity for clients
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent
Caregiver training or certification
Ability to lift, transfer and move clients as needed
Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation
Background check and clearance
