- Sales Development :
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with all sales activities and customer information.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed company goals.
- Make daily cold calls to reach potential clients and generate leads
- Customer Engagement :
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Assist in organizing and attending events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Collaboration and Reporting :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and sales.
- Report on sales and marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the commercial logistics industry or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor degree
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and trade shows as required.
- Experience attending and contributing to trade shows, networking events, or industry conferences is a plus.
