Tax Manager – Remote | Public Accounting Firm

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage multiple tax engagements (corps, partnerships, HNW individuals)

Deliver strategic tax planning and identify tax-saving opportunities

Review complex returns and research technical issues

Act as a trusted advisor and build strong client relationships

Mentor and develop junior staff

Stay current on tax law changes and ensure compliance

Contribute to business development efforts

Qualifications : CPA or EA required

Bachelor's in Accounting or related field (Master’s in Tax a plus)

5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax

Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax codes

Proficiency in tax software (CCH, ProSystem, UltraTax, etc.)

Ability to work independently in a remote setup
