Job Details
Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in Employment Litigation (focus on defense)
- Experience with both single plaintiff (discrimination, harassment, retaliation) and class action (wage and hour, FLSA, PAGA)
- Experience conducting arbitrations and mediations
- Trial preparation experience or trial experience (bonus but not necessary)
- CA Bar License
- San Diego based
