We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant who is a California resident to join our dynamic and fast-paced healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient care, as well as a deep knowledge and understanding of the unique healthcare needs and regulations of California.
As our Physician Assistant - California Resident Only, you will work closely with our team of physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our diverse patient population.
You will have the opportunity to work in various specialties, including primary care, emergency medicine, and surgery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Administer medication and perform procedures as needed
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare options and disease management
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and ethical standards
Qualifications :
- Must be a licensed Physician Assistant in the state of California
- Must have current NPI number
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant
- Understanding of California healthcare laws and regulations
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Compensation Range : $205K - $235K
