- Position : Automotive Service Advisor - Warranty Administrator
- Location : Rockford, IL, US
- Job Type : Full-time
- Salary : $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding warranty and after-sale repairs.
- Utilize shop resources efficiently to ensure low-cost and speedy service.
- Handle all service calls and negotiate service agreements.
- Coordinate and manage work orders for the shop.
- Oversee after-sale service handling, including warranty repairs.
- Arrange for the customers' vehicles to be brought to our shop for diagnostics and inspections.
- Set appointments with sublet repair facilities as needed.
- Control the repair process by managing the speed and cost of repairs.
- Submit warranty claims to the appropriate companies for payment.
- Provide backup support for the Service Director, Body Needs, and Parts departments.
