LHH is partnered with a major client in Strabane that is in need of a Customer Support Specialist. Past Customer Service experience in a manufacturing setting is strongly preferred.

This position is in a fast paced call center environment and duties consist of order entry, checking inventory, following up on invoices and more.

Responsibilities :

• Checking inventory for customers
• Order processing
• Documenting phone calls
• Invoicing
• Following up on outstanding invoices

Qualifications :

• Ability to conduct a large number of inbound calls
• Past customer service experience in manufacturing required
• Data entry skills

Skills :

• Great interpersonal skills while fielding phone calls from customers
• A strong proficiency with computers, in particular with the Microsoft Office Products
• Focus on quality

Experience :

Two years of experience is required

Employment Type :

Contract to Perm

Compensation :

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour

Work Hours :

• 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm Monday to Friday
• Some occasional overtime
