Position Title : Marketing Manager

Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for managing digital and traditional advertising with an emphasis on visitorship, membership, event ticket sales, programs, and exhibits, and performing other marketing duties as assigned.
Essential Job Functions
- Planning, delivering, and tracking digital advertising, such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Hulu Streaming Ads, digital website ads, and more.
- Planning, delivering, and tracking traditional advertising such as television ads, radio ads, magazine ads, signs, billboards, and more.
- Tracking, reporting, invoicing, and coding advertising within a given budget and timeframe,
- Conduct marketing research on advertising best practices and acting upon the information.
- Co-managing marketing campaigns for all departments, graphic design, and print production
Essential Skills
- Working knowledge in digital advertising, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Hulu Ads
- Proficiency in traditional advertising, including television, radio, magazines, and signage
- Copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail, branding, and voice.
- Able to demonstrate a strong sense of branding, voice, attention to detail, and organization skills.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, development, content publishing, and SEO.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of customer service, multitasking, and responsibility.
- High proficiency with Google Drive, Google Docs, Facebook, Instagram, and Squarespace.
- Familiarity with Monday.com, Slack, LinkedIn, and Grammarly preferred.
- Familiarity with Mac OS and iOS preferred.
Experience and Education
- Minimum four years of working experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
